POV: You are doing more than you give yourself credit for 🤍

A love letter to all the girls doing their best (even when it doesn't look pretty).

Hey girl💕

You might’ve noticed your inbox felt a little emptier last week.

No, it wasn’t a glitch—there just wasn’t a newsletter.

And today, I want to be honest about why.

The truth is: something simply didn’t feel right while sitting down to write it.

I had a topic ready—habits that have transformed my life and ones that could truly change yours too (especially if you’re in uni, working, building your dream life, building a business, or juggling it all at once).

But the right words wouldn’t come.

Life was…a lot last week.

Deadlines stacking up, university work piling higher than my book collection, creating and editing daily content for The Daily Page TikTok (work I deeply love but still—it’s work & I am one person).

Then, to top it off, my period hit—and with it, that familiar wave of exhaustion.

And honestly? I’m someone who gives herself so much grace during that time. I cancel what I can, prioritize rest, and let go of the guilt.

Because no one talks enough about what it’s really like to juggle everything, be a full-time student, a content creator, an ambitious businesswoman, and still show up for yourself every day.

No one talks about that subtle, swelling pressure you feel in your chest (another fancy way of saying ‘feeling overwhelmed’) just thinking about all the “urgent” tasks.

Sometimes, being her—the woman you’re working so hard to become—is less about pushing through, and more about honoring your limits.

I adore the current series we’re in: â€œHow to Become Unrecognisable by Summer.”

(And trust me, next week’s chapter is going to be chef’s kiss.)

But I’m also thinking…maybe it’s time to share even more. Specifically, more of the how behind the scenes:

• How I manage a to-do list as long as the Eiffel Tower.

• How I juggle a busy schedule without losing my mind.

• How I deal with feeling overwhelmed and still build the life I dream about daily.

• How I overcome pressure and anxiety on a busy day in life. (Thank you to my amazing friend and reader Emily for the lovely title and suggestion)

Would you want that?

If these sound like topics you’re interested in; Hit reply and let me know. I want this space to feel like your favorite group chat with the girls—where nothing’s off-limits, and everything feels possible.

Until then, take this as your sign: you’re allowed to rest and be unstoppable.

You’re doing so much better than you think.

With love and ambition,

🤍Carren🤍

P.S. Building your dream life isn’t always aesthetic, but it’s always worth it. You’ve got this.
