Lucky Girl Syndrome & The Power of Believing that EVERYTHING Works Out For Youš¤āØ
Because whatever you assume to be true will eventually become true.
āØYour Affirmation of the WeekāØ
āEverything always works out for me and my highest good. I am so excited for how great today is going to be. I truly am the luckiest girl in the world.ā
Hey girlš
Have you ever wanted something so deeply, even though you had no idea how youād get it?
Like⦠no resources, no clear plan, not even full confidence ā just a little voice in your head or a quiet feeling in your heart whispering that somehow, someway, everything is going to work out?
And then it did.
It all fell into place in your favor. Maybe not in the timeline you imagined, maybe not in the exact shape or form you pictured. But in the end, it worked out even better than you expected.
Thatās the power of belief.
Of self-trust.
Of choosing to lean into possibility instead of panic. (like most of us are conditioned to do)
And itās the foundation of what we now call:
āØLucky Girl Syndrome āØ
Youāve probably heard of it by now ā the idea that thinking positively and expecting good things⦠actually attracts them.
But hereās the thing: this mindset isnāt just another ācuteā TikTok trend.
Itās backed by science, supported by psychology, and rooted in some of the most powerful manifestation principles.
Which is why in todayās newsletter, Iām breaking it all down for you:
⨠What Lucky Girl Syndrome actually is (and what it isnāt)
⨠How it works
⨠And how you can start practicing it as soon as you finish reading this newsletter, and change your life.
I hope this not only serves as an introduction but mostly as a guide to open your mind to the many unseen forces working in your favor.
I'll also share some resources to explore if you want to dive even deeper into this subject (because letās be honest ā one newsletter alone wonāt be enough), and maybe Iāll share a glimpse of how the lucky girl mindset has impacted my life just in the past 12 months.
š§ Letās Talk About Your Subconscious
Hereās the thing that shook me the first time I learned it:
Your subconscious cannot tell the difference between a truth and a lie.
That means:
If you tell yourself something ā and truly believe and feel it as if itās true ā your subconscious will take it as fact.
So when you walk around saying,
āIām so lucky. Everything always works out for me.ā
Your brain literally gets to work finding ways to make that your reality.
Sounds simple, but itās backed by science.
This is why affirmations arenāt just fluff, feel-good quotes. Theyāre powerful. Especially when you repeat them with feeling and conviction, over time.
Because eventually⦠your thoughts shape your beliefs, and your beliefs shape your reality.
And hereās the kicker: It works both ways.
If you know someone whose life just doesnāt seem to go right ā theyāre always complaining about their boyfriend/relationships, always talking about how nothing goes right for them, how they are always broke, how the universe hates themā¦..the list could go on and on and on. You get the point.
Guess what? Their life will always go wrong and continue to do so until they decide to change what they say to themselves.
Not because the universe is cruel, but because they keep affirming those beliefs, and life has this funny way of always proving you right.
Lesson 1:
š What we repeatedly say and think becomes the lens we see the world through.
And that lens shapes how we feel, how we act, and ultimately, what we attract.
psstttā¦(whispering)ā¦maybe that's why you are attracting the type of man you are attracting. But thatās a topic for another day. š
ā Enter: The Law of Assumption (a.k.a. The Root of Lucky Girl Energy)
Let me introduce you to Neville Goddard. If youāve ever heard of Neville Goddard, then you know this man was way ahead of his time.
(šScroll down to the recommendation corner, I left a few gifts if you want to learn more from him)
He taught something called the Law of Assumption, which is basically the foundation of Lucky Girl Syndrome.š
Hereās the core idea:
Whatever you assume to be true will eventually become true ā for better or worse.
Let that sink in for a second.
Think of someone who constantly expects the worst.
They assume bad things always happen to them, so⦠bad things keep happening.
They get parking tickets, spill their coffee, get ghosted, miss opportunities ā not because theyāre cursed, but because they expect struggle.
Now flip it.
Think of someone who always says things like:
āIām so lucky.ā
āThings always work out for me.ā
āI just know something good is coming.ā
They walk through life assuming the best, and somehow, life seems to deliver. Opportunities pop up. People show up. Things align.
A coincidence? Maybe.
But mindset? Absolutely.
Why does this matter?
Because your assumptions create your reality.
And your imagination is the birthplace of everything that exists.
Everything man-made first started as a thought ā the phone or computer you are reading this from, your favourite dress, the university degree you received/will receive ā everything was first imagined, then brought to life.
So if you can imagine something and assume it will happen⦠youāre already halfway there.
šš But Letās Be Real: Belief Requires Action
Let me make one thing clear:
Lucky Girl Syndrome ā Inaction.
I know ā it would be so cute if we could all just close our eyes, say an affirmation three times, light a candle, and wake up with a whole new life. āØ
But hereās the thing:
Lucky Girl Syndrome isnāt about sitting back and waiting for miracles.
Itās about believing so deeply in your vision that youāre willing to show up for it ā again and again ā even when the outcome isnāt guaranteed yet.
Manifestation without movement is just wishful thinking.
Lesson 2:
Belief creates momentum. But action builds the bridge.
So yes, repeat the affirmations. Yes, visualize what you want as if itās already yours.
But then? Back it up.
Send the email. Pitch the idea. Take the class. Start the thing.
Lesson 3:
Manifestation works best when you meet the universe halfway.
And one more thing to remember while weāre here:
Let go of strict timelines. ā³
Sometimes your dream takes longer than expected ā not because youāre doing it wrong, but because the universe is rearranging everything to give you something even better.
Itās not a delay.
Itās divine redirection.
To add to that, you might not always get what you want exactly the way you envisioned it.
But on the off chance something doesnāt go exactly the way you expected?
Then something better comes up after it.
Because thatās how it works when youāre the luckiest girl in the world. š š½
š Embodying the Lucky Girl Energy (Even Before It Happens)
Letās break it down:
What does being a ālucky girlā actually look like in your everyday life?
Itās more than just saying affirmations in the mirror (though thatās part of it!).
Itās about the tiny choices you make from the moment you wake up.
Hereās how to start living it out, daily:
⨠You speak kindly to yourself.
Even when you mess up. Even when youāre behind. Instead of saying, āUgh, Iām so lazy,ā you try:
āIām doing my best. I always find my way back.ā
⨠You walk into rooms like you belong there.
Because you do. You stop second-guessing your presence and start asking,
āWhat if theyāre lucky to have me here?ā
⨠You stop obsessing over when itās going to happen.
You trust that whatās meant for you is already unfolding. You take action ā even when you donāt see progress just yet, and you donāt stress about timelines.
⨠You reframe setbacks in real-time.
When something doesnāt work out, instead of spiraling, you think:
āOkay. Why didnāt that workout ā not to beat yourself up for it, but rather to avoid similar mistakes in the future.
Or, your response can beā¦
āOkay. That just cleared space for something better.ā
⨠You keep showing up, even when you donāt feel 100%.
Because lucky girls know that clarity comes from doing, not waiting for motivation to magically appear or waiting for the āperfectā moment.
⨠You set goals from a place of abundance, not fear.
Itās not: āI have to fix everything right now.ā
Itās: āI already have so much going for me, and Iām just getting started.ā
⨠You have fun with life.
Yes, seriously. You go romanticize your morning coffee, put on the playlist that makes you feel like the main character, and treat your everyday life like itās already magical.
Lesson 4:
Being a ālucky girlā isnāt about being delusional.
Itās about choosing to believe in your own power, even on the off days.
And acting like life is rigged in your favor ā because more often than not, that belief opens the door for everything to change.
